Orange Resort, Phu Quoc

My stay at the resort had some highs and lows. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, constantly checking in on us. However, the room had significant issues, including a hard bed that made it difficult to sleep and some maintenance problems. Overall, while the service was good and the location was nice, the room issues and poor management left me disappointed.
